Delete your account

This permanently deletes your Cashout account and everything synced to it. Accounts made back when the app was called NeighCheck are the same accounts and are deleted the same way. There is no undo and no grace period.

What gets deleted

• Your account and email address
• Everything synced to it: jobs, shifts, tips, wages, expenses, mileage, pay stubs, bills, and your tax setup
• Your Break Room handle, with your posts, employer reviews, wage reports, and messages
• Your AI Coach conversations

Data on your phone is not touched. It stays there until you uninstall the app or clear its data.

Before you delete

If you want to keep your records, make a backup first: in the app, open Settings > Backup & Restore. A backup file restores into Cashout later with no account needed. Your tax summary PDF is under Insights > Taxes > Tax Summary Export.

Delete it

The quickest way is in the app: Settings > Account > Delete Account. If you no longer have the app, sign in below instead.
