Is Cashout the same app as NeighCheck?

Yes. Cashout is the new name for NeighCheck as of version 5.0. Same app, same account, and all your data carries over. Only the name, icon, and some in-app names changed.

Is my data safe during the rename?

Nothing about storage or sync changed. Your shifts, tax records, and Break Room handle are exactly where they were. If anything looks off after updating, email support@cashout.tips.

How do unpaid breaks work?

When you log a shift with Clock In/Out on, enter your break in minutes and it is deducted from your hours and your pay automatically.

Does Cashout report my tips to anyone?

No. Your data is yours. Cashout helps you track what you choose to report to your employer and the IRS, but it never reports anything on your behalf.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. This permanently removes your synced data and Break Room profile.
